Our client, a leader in providing energy solutions to Canadian homes and businesses, is looking for a Bilingual (English / French) Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, family-like business, and truly get noticed!

What will you be doing?
• Acting as primary point of contact for all customers (price & billing inquiries, product questions, etc) in a busy call centre environment
• Translation of documents and correspondence
• Working with internal and external resources (sales reps, accounting, billing) to fulfill all customer requirements
• Evaluate account status inquiries by analyzing data in customer files

What are we looking for?
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & French
• 1 or more years of high-volume call centre experience
• Ability to deal with multiple priorities and multi-task
• Strong computer skills and comfort in a Windows-based environment
• University Degree or College Diploma would be a strong asset
