Our client, a leader in providing energy solutions to Canadian homes and businesses, is looking for a Bilingual (English / French) Customer Service Representative to join their team in a newly-created role. This is an elite customer service position that would be perfect for a seasoned professional looking for a challenge!

What will you be doing?
• Proactive management of all commercial accounts
• Effectively handling account status inquiries
• Actively monitor accounts for changes and anticipate needs and concerns
• Translation of documents and correspondence
• Working closely with sales and operations teams to support customers throughout their life cycles

What are we looking for?
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & French
• 3 or more years of business-to-business call centre / account management experience
• Ability to take ownership and take the initiative to resolve issues, seeking appropriate approvals as required
• Should thrive in an environment of high performers with expectations for fast resolution of issues
• Strong computer skills and comfort in a Windows-based environment
• University Degree or College Diploma would be a strong asset
