Oracle Agile-PLM Function Manager

Our client is currently looking for a Oracle Agile-PLM Function Manager to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will responsible for business process design, organizing and facilitating key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEW Identification Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution
You will Assist in growing the Oracle Agile/PLM practice in Canada
You will supervise process and functional design activities
You will be contribute to the selling and be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of Oracle Agile Integration projects
Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
You will develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
You will lead the application design/build, test, configuration and deployment activities on all projects

Professional Qualifications:

Bachelors degree - (preferably in Science, Engineering, Math, or Business)
Agile experienced resource needed with at least 2 years of experience working with PLM Software vendor or consulting organization.
Minimum of 2 years experience required working on PLM implementations or within the product development function of a company (preferably Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical or Chemical industries).
Ability/willingness to travel extensively if/when/where necessary
Ability to work comfortably with all levels of the organization
Confident, articulate, able to be client facing, dynamic, ambitious, friendly and personable
Strong written and oral communication skills are a must
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment
Team player
Self starter, demonstrating initiative, confidence and leadership
Flexible and proven ability to work effectively with ambiguity
Thorough/detailed approach to work
Methodical and process driven

Specific Preferred Skills/Experience:

Excellent client facing skills and have the proven ability to drive process and work effectively with clients in the following key areas: Business Process Design, Key Configuration Workshop design and facilitation, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution.
Project Team leadership experience in large Oracle Supply Chain environments
2+ years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
PLM best practice development and process design in the areas of R&D Project Portfolio Management, New Product Development & Introduction, Product Information Management and/or Compliance
Oracle PLM Application Design and Configuration with experience in the following modules:
Product Collaboration
Product Cost Management
Product Quality Management
Product Governance & Compliance
Engineering Data Management
Product Portfolio Management
Engineering Collaboration
AutoVue Electro-Mechanical Professional for Agile
Variant Management
Experience working in a Fortune 250 environment
Experience of working in client facing role which required management and delivery of multiple projects/activities in parallel to meet deadlines, with ability to demonstrate good co-ordination and planning skills
Project experience - with clients and/or in industry - possibly working alongside consultants
If no Management Consulting experience only those with very strong industry and technology experience will be considered.
